We are able to source and refer learners for a range of funding streams, including Train to Gain. This is done through a mixture of contacts within the sector and through specific tools like 'Engage'. Engage is an intelligent web-based system with wrap-a-round services that:

Undertakes bespoke, unobtrusive employee surveys with employers of any size from SME to large, multi-site employers
Gathers a wide range of information to produce an organisational needs analysis, detailing individual skill gaps and development requirements
Establishes employee eligibility for government funded and subsidised training
Provides details of candidates who want to start learning
Produces a comprehensive suite of reporting and a training and development database
Updates regularly, refreshing data and providing ongoing feedback on employer satisfaction
