Limited Company Status

If offering your services through a limited company is the right route for you, we shall require the following information prior to trading with you:

• A copy of the Certificate of Incorporation issued by Companies House
• Bank account details in the name of the Limited Company

• We will pay for and manage your CRB Disclosure application
• Your liability is limited, personal assets are not at risk as long as the business is operated legally
• You are able to maximise on the availability of non-taxable benefits for any genuine business expenses incurred
• Invoices can be submitted when ready at any time during the month, without the need to wait for a specific date for processing

Yes if:

• You enjoy managing yourself and the administrative tasks that come with limited company status
• You can see yourself working with a number of different clients
• You want to control your own payroll

Payments

• Payment will be made against an invoice that matches an authorised worksheet
• Payment will only be made to Limited Companies that are registered in the UK, and have a UK based bank account
